The advantage of the program for the banks are that the bankers can have the income and outcome an all of the info about the bank all automatic in the computer and they can know if they are going to have a problem .The disadvantage that they have an error they can get all wrong and they can lose millions of dollars that why there was a crisis in 2008. You also need to consider that you can lose much money if there’s an error. But you can do transactions of millions of dollars in only seconds. Also you  can know how much money do the companies have and how much can the lose. An example was when the banks predicted that theres wasnt going to be any crisis and then it happen.

 Computer model is a computer program that runs on a single computer or a network of computers. Those computers try to simulate a model of a particular system. Computer simulations have become a useful part of mathematical modeling of many natural systems in physics and engineering. Simulation of a system is represented as the running of the system model. It can be used to explore and advance new insights into new technology. Also it helps to estimate the performance of systems too difficult for logical solutions. Some of the advantages are that if there is a storm or something like that no equipment is damage, people are not in danger. F something goes wrong they can reprogram it and recheck really quickly.

2) Give several practical examples of computer models used in the real world?

  There are many types of computers models used in the world for example they use for reading weather like storms rains etc. Another example would be financial modeling this helps because this calculate the income and all of the company productions. Other examples would be Bridge design, roller-coaster design, and earthquakes reader.

3)How can spreadsheet be used as models?

    Spread sheets can be used as model because you can only put the formula and the answer is calculates and given to you. It also can give you the average of the info that you put or it can give you the income number or the highest or lowest number of the info that you put.     

4) What is the difference between models and simulations?

The deferens between a model and a simulation is the simulation is to mimic something like flight simulator and game that are simulating things. It also is made by mathematics formulas but is used differently that the computer model.
